Privacy policy

This app is the private business tool of Nina's Cleaning Service LLC in Bernville, Pennsylvania. It helps Nina and her crew manage leads, quotes, bookings and schedules. This page explains what information it handles and what it does with it.

From customers: the name, phone number, email, address and notes you give when you ask for a quote on our website or accept a quote, and the quote itself.

From Nina and her crew: name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash by our sign-in provider), job schedules, availability and hours worked.

Alerts: if you turn on alerts, your device's alert address, so we can send you messages.

If Nina connects her Google Calendar, the app asks permission to see her calendars and events and to add events she creates in the app. We use this only to show her schedule next to her jobs and to add the events she asks us to add. We do not change or delete any other events.

We store a secure, encrypted connection token so the link keeps working. We do not sell Google data, share it with anyone, use it for advertising, or let people read it except Nina. She can disconnect at any time in the app, which also cancels the permission at Google, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To prepare and send quotes, book and schedule cleanings, tell the crew where and when to work, and contact customers about their service. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Customer details such as prices and phone numbers are visible only to Nina. Crew members see only the jobs they are assigned to, including time, the customer's name and address, but never prices or customer phone numbers. We use trusted service providers to run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Google (calendar, if connected). They process information on our behalf and only to provide the service.

All traffic is encrypted. Access is controlled by sign-in and by database rules that stop one person seeing another's information. Secret links in quotes and invitations cannot be guessed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email the contact below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Customers can also simply tell Nina.
